Web Security Dashboard not working/updating

Morning Folks:  

I am in a little bit of a pickle.  My dashboard is not working/reporting threats.  

So far, I have restarted the server, restarted the SQL service, and also checked to see the database size - it's at 5.6GB.  Haven't made any changes or installed patches in 2 months.  

Policy server is WIn2k8r2 12GB of RAM in a VM cluster.
