Delivery Reports - Very urgent Problem

Dear Support,

When I send a message to an external e-mail account without using Websense Cloud Mail Control as Smart Host, I recieve from my Exchange Server the Standard Delivery Report.

If I re-enable Websense Cloud Mail Control as Smart Host, I don’t recieve any kind of Delivery Reports.

This is very important for us if we want to have confirmation that an important mail has reached it's destination.

Does Websense Mail Control support these kind of reports?

We have Exchange 2010 SP3 rollup5.
