Possible to import text file of URL's into non-proxied destinations or somewhere?

I'm setting up cloud security for the first time and need to import many url's from notepad into the non-proxied destinations or anywhere else. This text file will be all the url's that will be allowed no matter what. I hope I dont have to enter them all manually!
