IP of SQL Server (Remote) changed

Hey all, we're running WS v7.7.3 in standalone mode on Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard connecting to a remote SQL database for logging.  If we change the IP of the remote SQL server, does the WS TRITON Setup need to be re-run to update the configuration or will it suffice to update the Reporting / Log Server entry via TRITON console?
