Reports - per visit

Hello,

I would like to run some reports based on visits and not hits.  According to http://www.websense.com/support/article/kbarticle/Report-Shows-Excessive-Number-Of-Hits-For-Particular-URLs it describes this configuration.  However,  I do not have Log Server Configuration under Websense in the Start Menu. 

Is there a way to place that option there or is there an exe I can run to get into the interface?  I'm running version 7.7.
