ConsoleClient.exe stopped working

I have been using the ConsoleClient.exe  to do a subscription tracker dump and it all of a sudden.

I receive " Server timeout:  Server did not respond in 30 seconds. - Press any key"

This doesn't seem to be the same timeout error as I see documented, so those troubleshooting step didn't help.

Also the Subscription Tracker no longer seems to be option 16 it is now 17?

Here is what the options and error looks like:
