Cache from Hybrid are not being processed

I got a problem with Hybrid logs in a customer.

There are 2 appliances, and the local log is working perfectly. The tmp are being created in the Cache folder, and inserted on databases via BCP. However, the hybrid log are not being processed.

The BPC folder has more than 10k files (named hwsxxx.tmp), and increasing, and in the Investigative Reports, the last date of Hybrid activity (search by Source Server) is from 04/11, the same date of the "first" file in the bcp folder.

I run the query usp_create_background_jobs a couple of times, and the reports from appliances are fine, but the hybrid log stiil are not processed. I created a new partitions, but the problems is the same.

As I see, the Log Server is receiving the log files from cloud, the problem is to insert on SQL.

Any ideia?
