If we have a mail setup as follows
Local Exchange Server > Websense SMTP agent > remote mail server
When we turn on delivery reports for the mail clients, we will get a report back from Websense claiming the the mail was received at the relay OK, but we will never get a delivery confirmation from the remote mail server. This is important for us as if we want to have confirmation that an important mail has reached it's destination and not been quarantined by Websense, we would have to do this out-of-band and can't rely on delivery reports to achieve this.
Could we submit an FR for this?
