We have a problem with two of our MAC's. They were recently upgraded to Snow Leopard (10.6.3). One of them was able to connect to the internet to upgrade to the latest version (10.6.8), but since then, SurfControl blocks both Mac's form going on the internet. We tried to open the internet at large, change the ip's, without success. They use static IP addresses to acces our network.
We have a third MAC that has Mountain Lion installed (10.8) and is capable of going on the internet without any problems.
Is their a compatibility issu with some version's of Snow Leopard? Or is their a special configuration that we need to enable on the machines?
We are currently using SurfControl 5.5 SP4.
