last record not written to websense.log

AP-Web v8.1 on Win 2012 r2.

The most recent log record is not getting written into the websense.log file.  The most recent line appears to be held in a buffer until a new line is generated, at which point, the next-to-last line is flushed into the log file.

This is most obvious during database updates.  The download line

(Websense has successfully transferred an updated Websense Master Database. This database will now be loaded.)

will be written to the file, but the line indicating successful load

(Successfully loaded Websense Master Database version...)

does not get written until there is a new line generated.

This presents problems for me because I have a process that looks for that successful load line.

How do I cause Websense to flush that buffer and write ALL log lines at the time they are generated?
