Hi,
Currently migrating to a new email server for the business, and I'm trying to change the SMTP settings in the Alerts area to the new server
(TRITON > Settings > Alerts > Enable Alerts)
However, once I change the SMTP Server IP address, Websense no longer appears to send out any alerts.
I know the details are correct, because I changed the SMTP details in the Reporting preferences, and it works without any issues.
Is there any log file generated on the Websense server that I can check to see whats happening?
(Windows 2008 server for Triton)
