Running:

Websense V5000 G2R2, AP-WEB 8.0.1 on windows 2008, sql 2008 server.

and

Websense V5000 G3, AP-WEB 8.0.1 on windows 2012, sql 2008 server.

We have recently deployed a websense proxy deployment on two of our clients networks. A warning appears on both deployments between 12:05 and and 13:05 stating that "A log server has not received log files from the Filtering Service for over an hour".

Not related to load as fault occurs on a none working day (Saturday, Sunday).
No communication problems between the filtering service (g2r2 and g3) and log server (win 2008 and 2012).
DEP disabled.
UAC disabled.
Anti Virus switched off.
No schedule tasks enabled for this time.
Nothing visible in eventvwr on the Windows servers related to the fault.
Websense.log not showing any errors at the time of fault.
Check status of log server is successful.
Confirmed that there isn't an issue with ports using netstat.
Network agent temp disabled and issue persists.
Enough disk space on log server.
Files are being written to the BCP folder at time of fault.
Log Server re-installed.

I have raised this with websense support but not really getting anywhere. The advise was to upgrade to 8.1.0 but this is not really an option as there isn't any evidence to suggest this would resolve the issue.

Any help appreciated.
