All of a sudden we are unable to access the Triton Dashboard with any Id other than the WebsenseAdministrator Id. Network or Websense Ids cannot be created or used. When attempted an error is received that the Id does not exist or the password is incorrect. This worked up until around noon on 12/24. I have verified that no server or AD Account changes were made. We are a 7.5 stand-alone version.
Does anyone have an idea where to look before I open a case?
