How do I get a list of my recategorized URL's?

I am trying to find out all of the names of the URL's that I have recategorized, but there are so many, making the job of listing them very tedious.  Is there some sort of file download or an export into an .xls or .txt file that I can do that will list all of my recategorized URL's and what category I have put them?
