In my case, I found that Chrome, IE11 cannot show the block page in the case of SSL website. No matter I use proxy or firewall web filter function.
the error message showing in the chrome is as below:
This webpage is not available
The webpage at https://youtube.com/macaogcs might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Error code: ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED
how to solve?
