Settings in policy are to allow Skype but blocks are still occurring. I see them in RTM. Tried adding exceptions for blocked IP addresses but still fails and still shows the blocks.
I don't want to burn a support case on an issue that shouldn't be an issue. But maybe if it is a bug they can credit the support case?
Is there any special configuration needed to allow Skype to get through Websense Web Security (network agent deployment) ?
