We have found that WSG is not consistently categorising webmail sites. As an example when logging into a Cpanel management console, one has the option to choose between Horde, Roundcube and Squirelmail. When clicking on the Roundcube and Squirelmail links, the site gets correctly categorised as "General Webmail" however when clicking on the Horde, the category remains "information technology". A work around would be to do a recategorisation based on URL regex, but this to me does not seem optimal.
