Filtering Issue - allows access to main page but nothing else

Hi,

I've created an exception for staff to access the Prezi website.  All can access the main page but when clicking on the "Log in" button IE displays "Cannot display the web page".  I have unrestricted access and can get to it all.  Shouldn't the one exception allow access to the whole site?
