I am running Triton USC build 7.8.0.43 and Web Security build 7.8.1.1485.
It seems that every day now, I check the System tab and see that Websense is not able to communicate with the DC Agent on port 30600 or whichever.
I check and the DC Agent service IS running. However, the Alert still appears. I restart the service, and after a minute or so, I check and reload the System tab, and I then get No Problems Detected.
What can I check that would cause this to 'lose communication' seemingly every night? What troubleshooting can I do to resolve this?
