Ability to create an outbound rule to only encrypt one email in a group

I have some outside email addresses that must always receive encrypted email (auditors, attorneys, etc). But the encryption rule for those email addresses causes encryption for everyone else copied on the email. I am receiving a LOT of complaints because the Ironmail system never did this. I need to only encrypt the email for the address in the rule, not everyone else. Please consider adding this feature.
