You need a simple way to remove an old Network Agent form Triton

Twice now I have had to uninstall a network agent because of change to our network.  The first time, the server was re-addressed and moved to a different subnet beofre I had a chance to uninstall.  The second time, I was able to try and uniinstall it before it was moved.  However, when I tried it kept telling me that the Policy Server was not running, even t hough it was.  In both instances, I was able to uninstall Websense from the server, but the Triton GUI still thought it was there and was giving all sorts of alerts saying that the components weren't running.

In both cases, I have had to go into the config.xml and remove multiple entries pointing to the old server and its UID.  This is risky, and the service is down for a long time while I sift through the huge config.xml file.  Some times it takes muliple attempts to remove all of the components for that one server without affecting the service as a whole.  If they have no coding experience, it is difficult for admins to do this properly.  It would be so nice in the Gui, under Network Agent, if you had a link to remove a Network Agent that is no longer up.  Once clicked, it would remove all of the entries for that server in the config.xml so that your admins don't have to spend hours trying to solve this issue.  You can't assume that the setup file will work for all removals, and indeed it often does not.  Please add a link or button in Triton to delete non-existing network agents.  Thanks.
