Can investigative report schedules be recovered?

The Websense Explorer Report Scheduler Service would not start.  It was this way for several days, but it was eventually fixed by re-registering the service per this KB article.

But now all of the investigative reports I had previously scheduled for many months (dozens of them) are nolonger listed when I look at the Job Queue.  The reports are still in Favorites, but are no longer scheduled.  The queue is completely empty.  I can see artifacts of the schedules in Websense\bin\config.xml, but is that where the schedules really live?

Is there any way to recover the schedules with having to recreate all of the schedules?
