I'm on the second step of the upgrade process. TRITON Infrastructure is already upgraded to 7.8.
When the installer for the Web Security or RiskVision asks me for the database fields, it says "Cannot validate database fields".
I'm sure that the values are correct. The database server/database name combo and a trusted connection.
What could be happening? Am I missing something basic here?
