Proxy IP's - US Connection

Hi,

We are currently on a trial for the Cloud Web Security product and have a few questions:

a) We are located in India but currently connected to the US Cluster:

G       208.87.233.1x0  USA

Is there anyway to get this changed to permanently:

C       116.50.59.1x0 India

b) In our organisation it is requirement of some teams to access sites via a India proxy and a us proxy. Is there anyway to us a secondary proxy application simulate another regions ip range, in effect overiding the websense proxy?

c) As a company we access one external site that is locked to our public IP. So that one logins from our public IP are accepted. Would I need to send them a list of ALL websense proxy ip's to add to their allowed list or is there another way around this.
