Filtering of a remote Office

I am new to Websense and just found out we will start providing filtering services on the East Coast.  We are curreently HQ'd out of Hawaii.

Current Setup:  2 V5000 Appliances and Websense Web Security v7.7 running on a Windows 2K8R2 Server witha  backend SQL DB.  Approx 600 users.  Using DC Agent

What would be needed to provide the filtering of Web Content for the D.C. office without having all of their port 443/80 traffic coming all the way back to Hawaii.  They have approx 150 users.

Do we just install a V5000 to provide the policy and filtering in D.C. and then have it connect all the way back to Hawaii to log the traffic into the DB for reporting?  We are not going to have a large pipe over that distance.

The goal is to provide secure filtering and apply our company's policies for their web traffic with little impact to the user.
