Report on Email Delays F1577

There is a Message Analysis Delay report available within the solution, however this report can only be ran for the last 12 hours.

As part of the Business KPI's, the customer needs to report on average Message Delay caused by scanning. This is used to measure the performance of the solution overtime. Can you raise a feature request to expand the current period to month and quarter.
