Rules help - email notification to sender bounceback issues

Hi,

I have Websense Email Security 7.2 with Windows Server 2003 and on Citrix servers.

I have made some work on my email filter to catch any keywords or phrases I have entered in my own dictionary that I setup myself. The rule I have created for this to work is if the message is inbound and the score is = or over 100 then send an email notification back to the sender and isolate the message in the isolate section of the filter.

However due to other firms/organizations having the "automatic reply" or "do not reply" on their servers, I receive 5,6 even more pages worth of these messages from this different businesses saying the "do not reply" so they are worthless bouncebacks. To get these to stop I have to (in the rules administrator) delete the email notification, wait 5 minutes for the bouncebacks to stop and then re-add the email notification again and it's getting a pain now.

Is there anyway I get the email notification to send only once to these other firms servers?

Any help would be apprecriated :)
