Hostname and MAC address base access to users

Hi,

Can we give users to hostname and mac address base access. Currently it support user id(AD) and IP address.

Secondly when ever we give ip based access we need to maintain excel sheet to keep IP address record to whom we give access. Can you give a option to enter the username with ip address.
