create another priority level/flag other than the three default of 'low,' 'medium,' and 'high'

Currently, we get a lot of incidents marked as low that should be looked at, but we've also created exceptions that are marked as low that we want to audit. However, generally, the exceptions we create just need to be audited just in case we need to look back at them. I don't want to view every exception I've created. Is there a way to create another level of priority so that we can still audit the incident, but not continuously have to view the incidents?

I do understand we can filter views, but we still get a lot of valid incidents that get marked as low....I'm just trying to clean out what we have excepted and those we haven't.
