Empty reports, no available partitions listed

A couple of days ago I ran out of space on sql server (2008 r2). After solving the disk space problem I started getting empty reports. Following the diagnostics suggested on the article below, found out that the Log Server connect to the database and it is working fine and sending data to sql, as there is no log build up on the \bin\cache folder.

However if I click once into the configuration in Settings > Reporting > Log Database, Websense return an internal error. If I click again on "Log Database" the error goes away, but the "Available Partitions" table is empty. The "Manualy Create Partition" button works, I see the new partition using SQL Management Studio, but still nothing show up on Available partitions. Then I followed the advice on this article:

The wse_partitions table contains all three partitions, none of them marked as deleted or offline.

Any ideas on how to make the partitions show up again? Already tried creating a new ODBC connection and detaching and attaching the databases to no avail.
