Who are Managers or VP of this group. Should be replaced !!!!
Hard to recommend Websense to others due to unresponsive and poor support.
I have Premium Support (24 X 7 Severity 1), but it is hard to create a Severity 1 case during non business hours.
No response from Tech Support adds to the frustration levels. Filtering must be disabled in order for business to continue when there is a Websense issue.
