Feature Request - Korean ID classifier and *.hwp file format

In DSS module, please create a new classifier and file format as below:

1. Availability of Korean ID classifier - As korea is commonly using korean id for payment nowadays.

2. Supporting for ".hwp" file format. (Korea word processor file format).
