When trying to open a new case or manage my cases, I end up on an error page https://www.websense.com/GenericErrorPage.htm?aspxerrorpath=/ask/Default.aspx saying:
AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED
An error has occurred that has prevented us from processing your request.
