Time in reports

Hi everybody.

I have a doubt... I have a costumer with users in many locations and the time zone in these locations are different. For example, it is 9:25 am in São Paulo and it is 7:25 am in Manaus right now. The time of user accesses displayed in reports is the exact time that he request an URL? Or it depends of the Filtering Service time, our Log Server time or the integration time?
