Upgrades to 7.8.X caused big problems - Latest support case is 6 weeks old

Support has been great, once they got to me. Fixed their problems with the updates pretty quick. I, on the other hand, have burned three support cases trying to fix issues with these updates and there is another update pending. Latest support case was opened on 6/19. As of 7/28, Support has not looked at this problem.

They must have all of the business they'll ever need. What a great place to be...!
